Latest Haiti Human Rights Update from IJDH

The Institute for Justice and Democracy in Haiti issued the latest version of its semi-annual Human Rights Update on December 12. The report is extensively sourced--500 footnotes-- and addresses many issues that immigration lawyers are asking us about, including torture, gender-based violence, political violence, LGBQT+ persecution, gangs, the police and the justice system.
